The hotel offers a great location in Gangnam and the rooms are modern and comfortable, but the air conditioning was restricted and not satisfactory. Staff were friendly but the dining options felt overpriced. Overall, it was a decent experience with room for improvement.

A delightful family escape

Waking up to a diverse breakfast spread always felt like a celebration. The indoor pool sessions were a perfect way to unwind after days exploring. Grateful for such a memorable stay!

However, the walk back felt longer under the sweltering heat, and it was disheartening to wait for the lift when we were eager to relax. Some amenities could use improvement.

I absolutely loved the fitness center here, especially the incredible Japanese onsen-style hot baths. They really helped me unwind after a long day of exploring. The buffet breakfast offered a huge variety of dishes, satisfying both my breakfast cravings and my kids' picky tastes. We booked a Superior Double Room, and it was spacious enough for our family of five. The location was great too. lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly, but there were moments I felt I could have used more help, particularly with my luggage. I wished breakfast hours were longer than 10:30 AM. It felt a bit rushed. Also, sometimes it took too long waiting for the elevators, which was inconvenient during busy hours. A minor inconvenience was the room not getting completely dark even with blackout curtains because of some small lights on the ceiling. Still, the comfortable beds and decent water pressure in the shower were highlights. I’d consider staying here again despite these small issues.

However, it's on the pricey side for the experience provided. The bar and lobby restaurant prices seem unnecessarily steep, especially compared to local standards, which caught me off guard. Also, the communication issues during meal ordering were less than ideal. clarity seemed elusive at times, which is frustrating when you need straightforward answers.

The buffet breakfast was impressive, with a wide variety of dishes including many Asian options. The staff provided excellent service. I especially appreciated the kindness of manager Alex. The indoor pool was a great way to relax and enjoy some family time, but note that it requires a reservation for limited access.

The fast Wi-Fi made it easy to work, and the helpful staff resolved my luggage issue quickly. The spacious room was a comfortable retreat after a day's adventures.

The indoor swimming pool was a highlight for us. My nephew loved it, and the fitness center with its well-equipped gym was perfect for a morning workout. The staff, especially Anne at check-in, provided stellar service, making our stay even more pleasant.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Plus, the hotel’s wellness facilities were top-notch, featuring a fabulous gym and a steam room that melted all my stress away. Can't forget the central location, making it super easy to explore local eats like Sun Mi and Brick Oven.

Communication with staff was a bit of a hiccup. asking for simple things felt like speaking a foreign language. The breakfast could've extended a bit longer than 10:30am to really enjoy the feast.

Do recommend for a speedy visit

Clean room, relaxing atmosphere, with a perfect location just 0.5 km from the nearest subway station for easy city exploration and a delightful breakfast experience with the delicious cappuccino and mango cheese tart I enjoyed at the lobby café.
